Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to expand their preconstruction team and are looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join their team.

- Long-term Senior Preconstruction Manager position with Growth Opportunities.

- Lead a team of Preconstruction professionals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years experience with a general contractor.
- Be able to lead and work within a team environment with confidence.
- Confident in their communication skills.
- Can work with new, up-to-date technologies.
- Positive attitude and able to adapt quickly
- Resilient – able to adapt well in the face of multiple and sometimes shifting priorities and deadlines
- Analytical – is a capable problem solver, optimizer, and critical thinker
