Our client, a young entrepreneurial construction leader in South Carolina, are seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead multiple projects simultaneously through preconstruction phases from conceptual to contract. The projects, ground up and renovations, are mainly in commercial, K-12 and government with values up to $100M.

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years experience estimating within a General Contractor
• Experience with K-12, industrial, commercial, government sectors
• Technology Savvy – knowledge of timberline and primavera preferred
• Understanding of BIM technology preferred
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, engineers and sub-contractors
