Our client is one of the country's largest General Contractor ranking in the Top 15 ENR!! Due to their huge success within the last 18 months, they are looking to expand their team once again and are looking for an MEP Estimator to join their DC Team.

In this role, you will provide MEP cost control services for nationwide vertical and horizontal construction projects. He/she will work primarily on technical commercial projects within the client's core markets of life sciences, advanced technology, commercial, higher education, and healthcare and will work closely with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field - ie Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• 4- 20 years of relevant experience as a General Contractor
• Ability to make reliable predictions as it relates to cost and be comfortable estimating across all scopes of work.
• Must have experience preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies from schematic or feasibility level documentation.
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective participation in a team environment.
