As a Senior Estimator, you will be a key member of the preconstruction team working alongside the Director or Preconstruction and Preconstruction Managers on projects from $100M+.

• Construction Management/Engineering Degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years Preconstruction experience within a General Contractor.
• Experience using BIM, VDC, Bluebeam, Excel and Revit is a plus but not essential.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
