Our client is a large national GC/CM firm, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. They are a huge player within the Commercial Ground-Up Industry, especially in their hometown of Pittsburgh!

As a Senior Estimator you will be working on your own estimates while also mentoring other members of the preconstruction team. This role will initially be heavily focused on the Special Projects Division, on projects up to $8m.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field e.g. construction management or engineering.
• 5+ Years of Preconstruction Experience working on similar projects.
• Experience using up to date Precon/Estimating Technologies is a plus.
• Excellent Communication skills, comfortable presenting on bid day.
