This role is with one of our best clients in Nashville, TN rated amongst the top 15 General Contracting firms in the US! They work across a hugely diverse portfolio of projects in industries including Healthcare, Education, Light Industrial & many more. Along with the rest of the construction industry, they have been experiencing high growth and need to grow out their preconstruction team to compensate for this.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the Preconstruction Industry
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the construction industry
- Ability to delegate tasks and mentor Junior team members
- Enjoys working in a team to complete a project together
- Top class communication skills
