Our client is, a highly reputable General Contractor based in Denver Colorado. Due to their ongoing success, are looking to expand their Preconstruction team and bring on a new Preconstruction Manager. They mainly focus on Multifamily, K12 Mixed-use, and Public & Commercial projects ranging anything from $20MM-$120M+.

• Work with a highly reputable General Contractor.
• Projects include, Multifamily, Commercial, K12 & Public projects with values between $20MM-$120MM+
• Manage a team of enthusiastic estimators
• Meet with the Senior leadership team on a weekly basis

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the industry is essential
• Ability to lead and mentor a team and members of the department.
• A passion for Preconstruction Technology
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
