Due to their on going success, they are looking to expand their team & are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their Arlington Office!
The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of preconstruction services for projects, providing input, coordination and problem solving. The Preconstruction Manager is charged with guiding projects through the preconstruction phase, while maintaining each project’s desired program, scope, and quality, to ensure effective schedule and cost control. The Preconstruction Manager must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

• Work with one of the nations biggest & best GCs.
• Meet with the Senior leadership team on a weekly basis.
• Work with a team of enthusiastic and dedicated Preconstruction professionals.
• Lead & run projects within Commercial, Education, Mixed use projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant experience within the construction industry
• Proficient computer software skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, presentation software, etc.)
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
