Requirements:

• 3-5 years commercial estimating experience
• Degree in Construction Management preferred
• Preferred experience in new/ground up construction, interior renovation and fit-out projects within commercial, industrial or retail sectors
• Comfortable working on projects valued up to $10 million
• Experienced in quantity take-offs; ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in using Microsoft Project and On-Screen Takeoff preferred
• Exposure to virtual design construction software a plus
