Niche SSP are working with an ENR Top 25 General Contractor who are looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator to join their team in their Pittsburgh, PA office. they Specialize in ground up commercial projects up to $110m+
Responsibilities:
- Take lead in bids
- Manage junior staff i.e. assistant estimators
- Responsible for the preparation of preliminary estimates
- Review quantity take-offs, analysis & estimate the assigned scope
- Communicate and collaborate with Operations during preconstruction efforts

Requirements
- Degree in construction management or other relevant field.
- Client will consider any level of experience for this role.
- Onsite construction knowledge is a plus.
- Communication and presentation skills must be good.
