This firm has built a reputation for delivering complex Healthcare projects for some of the leading Healthcare providers in the US. They are continuing to invest heavily in their Preconstruction services function and are looking to add a Senior Preconstruction Manager to support growth and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction across multiple Healthcare projects simultaneously
• Manage the full lifecycle from early design through GMP and final bid
• Develop detailed budgets, cost plans, and value engineering strategies
• Present to clients, owners, and design teams during pursuits and delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of preconstruction professionals
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, leveling, and procurement strategy
• Partner with operations to ensure seamless transition into construction
• Analyze market conditions, escalation, and cost drivers to inform pricing

• 7+ years of Healthcare construction experience (Ops or Percon)
• Proven experience leading preconstruction on complex projects
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Deep understanding of Healthcare OSHPD building systems, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with conceptual estimating through final bidding
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
