They are continuing to invest heavily in their preconstruction function and are looking to add a Senior Preconstruction Manager to support growth and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction across multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage the full lifecycle from early design through GMP and final bid
• Develop detailed budgets, cost plans, and value engineering strategies
• Present to clients, owners, and design teams during pursuits and delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of preconstruction professionals
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, leveling, and procurement strategy
• Partner with operations to ensure seamless transition into construction
• Analyze market conditions, escalation, and cost drivers to inform pricing

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience leading preconstruction on complex projects
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Deep understanding of building systems, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with conceptual estimating through final bidding
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in OST, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
