Responsibilities
- Lead the full preconstruction process for ground up projects.
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and cost models.
- Guide design development with owners and design partners.
- Develop value engineering strategies that support client budgets.
- Coordinate closely with operations and project management teams.
- Mentor and support estimators through scoping and bid preparation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction with a GC.
- Strong background in ground up commercial / multifamily construction.
- Ability to scope all trades, including sitework, structure, envelope, interiors, and MEP.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with clients.
- Full time in-office position.
- Career driven professional with interest in long term growth.
