- $120,000 – $145,000 base plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems from conceptual through construction documents
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine complete scope
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and trade partners to secure accurate pricing
- Conduct constructability and value analysis to identify cost-effective alternatives
- Collaborate with design teams and clients during estimate reviews and project handoffs
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure scope coverage and manage risk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of MEP estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
