We’re partnered with an ENR Top 10 contractor seeking a Senior Estimator with Water Wastewater experience to join their preconstruction and estimating department.

Responsibilities
- Lead estimating strategy for heavy/civil, water, and wastewater projects.
- Produce accurate conceptual through final estimates for DB and EPC work.
- Manage takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid reviews.
- Drive risk assessments, value engineering, and estimate validation.
- Present estimates to leadership and external stakeholders.
- Mentor estimators and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- General heavy/civil background with strong water/wastewater experience.
- 8+ years estimating municipal or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in civil, concrete, mechanical, piping, and pump station scopes.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with HeavyBid, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST, and MS Office.
- OSHA 10-hour certified with strong communication skills.
