• Prepare estimates for potential projects, using design-build and conceptual Estimating
• Work with the latest technologies and platforms
• Communicates with subs and suppliers to clarify pricing information
• Lead projects ranging from $50M+

• 8+ years experience in estimating commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in construction management-related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Function effectively as part of a team
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Time management skills and organizational skills
• Ability to interact with clients
