Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts across large and complex projects
• Prepare conceptual estimates, budgets, GMPs, and negotiated bids
• Review drawings, specs, and documentation to build accurate cost plans
• Manage subcontractor outreach, pricing, and selection
• Conduct value engineering and risk analysis
• Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost breakdowns
• Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subs
• Support business development, presentations, and client meetings
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and consistency across all estimates

• 5+ years estimating experience, 10+ years in construction preferred
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Strong Excel and estimating software experience
• Proven ability to handle complex, high-value projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with federal bids is a plus
