We’re partnering with an ENR top-tier general contractor on a Senior Estimator opportunity.
On Offer
- 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

- Up to $160K OTE
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Build and EPC estimating strategy from concept to submission.
- Drive risk review, pricing strategy, and fee recommendations.
- Oversee subcontractor solicitation, bid review, and scope validation.
- Review general conditions, equipment pricing, bonds, and insurance.
- Present estimates to executive leadership and external clients.
- Mentor estimators and uphold estimating standards and process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of direct estimating experience on complex projects.
- Proven leadership across Design Build or EPC pursuits.
- Strong commercial acumen and risk analysis capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ConEst, and K Base.
- OSHA 10 hour certification.
