Responsibilities:

• Manage project pursuits from RFP through buyout and turnover
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and marketing on proposals and deliverables
• Review drawings and documents for constructability and accuracy
• Develop cost models, preliminary schedules, and risk assessments
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality submissions

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years in construction with experience in preconstruction and estimating
• Proficiency with estimating systems and scheduling tools
• Strong communicator with proven coordination and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex pursuits
