Responsibilities
- Join the Cleveland-based preconstruction team, reporting into the Director of Preconstruction
- Handle estimating and preconstruction activities across multiple project types
- Collaborate with the team of 8–9 preconstruction professionals, with plans to expand to 10+
- Support pursuits and proposals across multiple teams.
- Contribute to development of preconstruction processes
Requirements
- 3–9 years of experience in estimating or preconstruction
- Mid-level professional, able to operate independently
- Broad sector exposure preferred
- Strong technical estimating and preconstruction ability, with client-facing skills considered a bonus
