Our client is a leading Commercial General Contractor in Nashville, TN who specialize in Commercial, Multifamily, Education, Retail, Hospitality & more. This client has increased their output by 40% over the last 6 months, so are in need of 2 more estimators to join their preconstruction team.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for working with the preconstruction team on projects from $500,000 up to $30M across multiple sectors. You may be responsible for mentoring & leading Junior Estimators/Interns on day to day tasks.

• 2-7 years of preconstruction experience with a General Contractor
• Experience within Operations/Field work is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Sub contractor relationships in Nashville is a plus
• Experience using up to date estimating softwares (preferred)
