• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Estimator within the MEP industry on commercial projects, with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing divisions (Open to candidates who have focused on 1 of these in-depth)
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift, as well as a strong understanding of Excel for cost analysis and data management
• Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members. The ability to explain and present estimates clearly and professionally.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a project team, working with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
