As a preconstruction manager at this company you will be responsible for managing a team of estimators/other preconstruction professionals alongside working on multiple projects within the companies portfolio.

• 7+ years of experience within the estimating/preconstruction field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or engineering.
• It's a plus if you have experience in operations/onsite.
• Ability to do basic schematic/conceptual estimates.
• Great communication & presentation skills are essential.
