Our client is a well-established general contractor, located all across the US! they are currently ranked in the top 15 ENR!!. They have an extensive project portfolio, ranging from Aviation, Commercial, Education, Data Centre, Healthcare, plus many more. Due to their ongoing success, they are excited to bring on a Lead Estimator to their Baltimore office! The Senior Estimator supports the Lead Estimators and/or Preconstruction Manager in all estimating functions throughout the Launch process required during the preconstruction phase. Responsible for value engineering, budget controls, alternative and comparative studies, constructability reviews, and Target Value Design. Responsible to ensure that estimates, bids, and GMPs are complete, accurate, and well supported by recent pricing data and subcontractor input.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or similar.
- Two or more years as an Estimator following experience in project engineering, field supervision, or purchasing.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
- Good leadership, verbal and written skills.
- Possess a drive for success, and strong problem abilities.
- Ability to work with a team, work with clients & subcontractors.
