Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client-facing Cost Manager, providing strategic, technical, and commercial guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead project cost management activities including budgeting, estimating, procurement, change management, cost reporting, and payment applications for medium to large-scale projects.
• Prepare feasibility studies, ROM estimates, procurement strategies, and benchmarking data to support project planning, budgeting, and informed decision-making.
• Manage and oversee the full procurement and contract administration process, including pre-qualification, tendering, bid evaluation, contractor selection, and contract preparation.
• Drive value engineering, lifecycle costing, and cost control initiatives while ensuring accurate reporting, change tracking, and effective management of post-contract cost variances.

• 3+ years of Healthcare, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing or Commercial construction experience
• Proven experience leading Preconstruction on complex projects
• Strong leadership experience managing large budgets
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
