As Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the preconstruction process on multiple projects from $700,000 up to $80M+ across Education, Commercial, Light- Industrial, Office Buildings, Multifamily and others. You will coordinate with the client & Subcontractors and present on bid day. • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate degree relating to the field.
• 5 years minimum experience within a large General Contractor.
• Onsite Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to Multitask.
• Ability to comprehend front-end documents.
