Our client, a Miami based General Contractor is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their team.

As a junior estimator you will have the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the project during the preconstruction stages to include creating detailed cost estimates. You will be required to create and evaluate all documents and data required for bidding.

You will have the opportunity to work with suppliers and subcontractors developing your network in the area.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of estimating experience or internships.
• Must be IT literate and experience in OST, Timberline, Bluebeam, Planswift preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Go getter attitude
