Responsibilities

• Confirm site-specific information such as existing conditions, measurements, photo documentation, and logistical planning
• Work with vendors and suppliers to source products and materials
• Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids for accuracy and scope
• Develop bid leveling spreadsheets to support analysis and selection
• Coordinate pre-bid site meetings with vendors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Perform quantity take-offs using On-Screen Takeoff software
• Utilize Microsoft Project for scheduling as part of the estimating process
• Manage RFPs and project details through ShareFile, Dropbox, and other platforms
• Travel to and from project sites as required

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a GC in commercial or hospitality construction
• Strong knowledge of CSI cost codes, construction methodology, and best practices
• Skilled in interpreting drawings and specifications, with strong conceptual budgeting ability
• Proficient in constructability analysis and value engineering
• Comfortable leveraging technology for collaboration and communication
• Sage experience a plus
