The Role
Lead all preconstruction and estimating activity.
Own early budgets, pursuits, and team direction.
Work closely with ownership on key decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction across ground up and interior projects
- Own early stage budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies
- Set estimating strategy and standards across the business
- Manage and mentor junior and intermediate surveyors
- Improve preconstruction processes, systems, and handover
- Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic pursuits
- Support smooth transition from preconstruction into operations
Requirements
- Senior preconstruction or estimating leadership with a general contractor
- Quantity Surveying background strongly preferred
- UK or Ireland trained candidates viewed favorably
- Strong commercial instincts and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working directly with ownership and executives
- GC background preferred over client side consultancy
