Senior MEP Estimator - Remote

Our client is a large firm with projects across the US, they have excellent relationships nationwide. They are looking for a Senior MEP Estimator to join their team and take the lead on MEP within the preconstruction phase of their projects. Projects include but are not limited to Education, Healthcare, Corporate, Government & Cultural. They are well known for their fantastic culture, open door policy, and collaborative team. You will work directly under the President of the company in this role.

- Lead and manage MEP Preconstruction phase of projects.

Requirements
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with up-to-date technologies/ability to learn new software.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred within a relevant field. (civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management, or other)
- Understanding of construction documentation and specifications at all levels of preconstruction process.
- 6+ Years of experience within MEP Estimating.
