They are seeking an experienced professional to join their preconstruction team as a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management or Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 12+ years’ experience as an estimator for a commercial GC; experience in Manufacturing, Life Science, and/or Healthcare preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
• Detail-oriented, with strong organization skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Possess a strong work ethic
