We are looking for an estimator with 1-4 years of industry experience to join one of the leading Commercial General Contractors in the Salem area.

With a Preconstruction team of 6, our client is growing due to a number of newly secured projects & a strong back log into 2024. Market sectors include, Education, Commercial, Retail, & Medical Office Building.

As the Estimator, you will assist the wider preconstruction team & report to either Senior Estimator or Chief Estimator, performing quantity take offs, preparing budgets, soliciting subcontractors & vendors on numerous commercial preconstruction projects at various stages of Preconstruction.

• Develop your Estimating skills, learn to take off & budget all CSI divisions.
• Opportunity to lead your own small scale commercial projects, gain experience dealing directly with clients & presenting on bid day.
• Work on commercial preconstruction projects up to $50MM

• Experience taking off some CSI Divisions from 1M-$20M
• Experience working with a general contractor preferred
• Bachelors degree in CM OR CE or related field.
