Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: Open to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the organizing company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the competition.
2. Competition Period: The competition begins on Monday, the 22nd of January, and ends on April 1st. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: Entrants must complete the nomination form on the competition page. Each entry must fully meet all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those not adhering to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizers. Limit one (1) entry per person.
4. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The random draw will be conducted by the organizers after the closing date of the competition.
5. Prize: The winner(s) of the competition will receive a ticket to the Advancing Pre-Construction 2024 conference in Denver, Colorado. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided in the entry form within 7 days following the draw. The organizers shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
7. Prize Claim: The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Liability and Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless the organizers and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and others associated with the administration and execution of this competition from any and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage.
9. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the competition page.
10. Governing Law: This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
11. Right to Modify or Cancel: The organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
12. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
